The Musical Theatre Conservatory is a two-year intensive performance technique training opportunity for students entering grades 7-10 (completing the program as 8th-11th graders). Students are instructed in techniques to promote healthy singing to provide the foundation for building their vocal range and stamina. Acting technique sections hone skills that encourage specific character relationships and objectives, nuanced character development, and clear lines of action. Finally, dance and movement workshops focus on the Broadway-jazz dance style of American musical theatre. The program culminates in a full-scale production at the end of the final fourth semester. 

Registration is only open to students accepted by audition.

Auditions for the new incoming Musical Theatre Conservatory: Freshmen class will occur throughout the Summer 2022. *The number of Monday holidays this year does not allow for 14 sessions. An intensive Friday evening or weekend workshop will be scheduled around teacher and student availability.
