This camp is intended for students aged 3.5-5. Looking through your binoculars, you see a problem in the distance; those trouble-making monkeys have stolen tiger’s stripes...again. You’ll have to get Anansi to help you trick them into giving the stripes back. You grab your pack and head out; it’s another rumble in the jungle! Using our actor’s tools of body, voice, mind, and imagination, students bring favorite jungle tales and characters to life while developing skills in active listening, problem solving, and sharing. Students also use simple props, movement, and visual arts to explore the depths of the jungle. Grab those binoculars and get ready for adventure! 

A typical day at camp begins with free-play stations, followed by interactive story time, a drama activity, snack break (snack is brought from home), a movement or dance activity, visual art, and a closing activity. At the end of the session, campers share these adventures (and their newly sharpened theatre arts skills!) in an informal sharing for friends and family on the last day of camp.
