Ahoy, me mateys! Where shall we sail to today? Maybe we’ll voyage to Mermaid Island with Pirate Pete or sail across the seven seas! Learn how to talk like a pirate, swim like a mermaid, and dive into the ocean as we develop our problem-solving skills and a keen eye for hidden treasure. Using our favorite pirate, mermaid, and ocean stories, students make connections between imaginative worlds and their own life experiences. Students bring stories to life – or even create their own stories and characters – using dramatic play. Activities are designed to encourage creative expression while promoting confidence and self-esteem. Grab your telescope and get ready for an ocean adventure! 

Campers work together to create an informal sharing, giving friends and family an opportunity to see these fun character creations (and their newly sharpened theatre arts skills!) on the last day of camp.

Campers provide their own nut-free lunch and snacks. Week-long after-care is available (4:00-6:00 p.m.).
