Make every room a theatre by learning how to bring characters to life. In this camp, students learn exercises and games to explore the basics of character development and build believable characters for the stage (or the living room). Campers work together as an ensemble towards scene work; creating truthful characters and compelling stories for the stage. 

In the afternoon, campers are introduced to the process of creating a “set” for a stand-up comedy routine. From writing sketches to learning how to “work” an audience, campers explore using their own life experiences to discover their maximum comedic potential.

Campers provide their own nut-free lunch and snacks. Week-long after-care is available (4:00-6:00 p.m.).
