Perform in a musical at Imagination Stage! Under the guidance of highly skilled teaching artists, campers learn valuable theatre arts skills in acting, singing, movement, and backstage design, all while rehearsing a production. Campers spend half their day in rehearsal and the other half in fun classes aimed at enhancing their performance skills. They are also immersed in the backstage process, helping create costumes, props, and scenic elements that are used in the final performance. Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with after-care options available. Campers provide their own lunch and snacks.
Pirates Past Noon based off of the popular Magic Tree House book series, is guaranteed to be a swashbuckling good time. Follow the tale of Jack and Annie, as they are swept away by their magical treehouse to an island of pirates and fantasy. Young performers will dance and sing on the high seas as their ships sails its way to a fantastic production. Performances will take place on the last day of camp at either 1:30pm or 2:30pm.
