Become the ultimate theatrical collaborator by creating scenes from the ground up. Students are introduced to the basic aspects of directing a play such as blocking, audience focus, rehearsal, casting, and script analysis. The ensemble grows as performers by acting in peer-directed scenes, spending time in both the role of actor and role of director throughout the week. Whether your ultimate goal is acting or directing, understanding the elements of both disciplines is essential and will surely set you apart in high school theatre spaces and beyond.
