No matter your experience level, auditioning is the hardest part of being an actor. This week-long camp offers an in-depth exploration of acting techniques and common audition processes to help students find their path to confidently representing themselves in an audition space. Through interactive exercises, scene work, and monologue preparation, students learn how to create compelling characters, develop flexibility as performers, and hone their ability to make strong and committed choices in the moment in order to set them apart from the crowd. Actors leave with a toolbox of skills and actions that are sure to make their next audition less overwhelming. Break a leg; you’ve got this!
