Looking through your binoculars, you see a problem in the distance: those trouble-making monkeys have stolen the tiger’s stripes…again! You’ll have to help Anansi use her trickster skills to get those stripes back. You grab your pack and head out; it’s another rumble in the jungle! Using our actor’s tools - body, voice, mind, and imagination, students bring their favorite jungle tales and characters to life while developing storytelling skills. Students are introduced to pattern and rhythm through beginner music lessons, instrument play, and creative movement to music. Activities encourage creative expression while promoting confidence and self-esteem. Classwork culminates in an informal sharing for families on the last day of class. Grab those binoculars and get ready for adventure!
