Let’s take a trip from city to city and coast to coast in this brand new dance class inspired by traveling musicals, both on Broadway and in theatres. Students focus on Broadway-jazz technique, develop flexibility and coordination, and try out fancy footwork while participating in rhythmic games, and developing character and expression. Dancers also learn to focus on sustaining energy and maintaining a character while performing. Get inspired by the jazz choreography and movement of 42nd Street, Chicago, and Memphis to name a few. This class culminates in a final sharing with family and friends.
