In Fundamentals of Acting, students hone acting skills vital to performing on stage: creating sustainable and believable characters and shaping truthful actions for the stage. Students participate in fun exercises that work towards the goals of physical character building, realistic actions and reactions, and understanding the building blocks of performing a scene. Students build a solid and caring ensemble and create an environment of trust where they can effectively explore, make bold choices, and take risks! Classwork culminates in a final sharing of short scenes for families on the last day of class.
