Get ready to step into the spotlight and experience the thrill of Broadway! In this toe tapping, jazz-hand waving, high kicking class, students learn the basics of musical theatre while performing some of Broadway's greatest hits. This class takes a fun approach to developing appropriate vocal technique, musicianship, and acting skills simultaneously. Students use their actors' tools (body, voice, mind, and imagination) to explore character-driven songs and scenes. The semester culminates in an informal sharing of two to three musical numbers from across the Broadway canon. So put on your dancing shoes and join us for Musical Theatre: Broadway Bound.
