The IStage Performance Ensemble auditions intermediate to advanced middle and high school actors to apply technique directly to performance. Because there is no classroom component in this experience, actors are expected to have a developed understanding of the actor’s responsibilities within the rehearsal process, have an understanding of how to take initiative and risks during rehearsals, and work as strong ensemble members with their cast and directing team.
