This class is just for students of Concord Hill School. Calling all future movie stars and Broadway legends! It’s time to get dramatic in the best way possible. Using creative play as a springboard, students develop an understanding of fundamental acting and performance skills such as speaking with a loud, clear voice and exploring their stage presence! Students focus these skills in crafting short scenes and skits learning the beginning-middle-end story structure. Through scene work, games, and acting exercises, students build their acting vocabulary and character building skills. The semester wraps up with a fun classroom sharing, where students perform short scenes for families on the last day of class.
