The Institutional Diversity & Equity Advancement (IDEA) Fund was established to advance Imagination Stage’s institutional goals in inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. Support for the IDEA Fund will go directly to Imagination Stage’s initiatives to hire diverse full-time staff members, provide a living wage and maintain pay equity for our staff and apprentices, create sustainable institutional practices, offer professional development, and much more.
