WAITLIST 1413 Filmmaking Conservatory: Directing for Film

In this class, serious-minded film students expand their proficiency and knowledge of advanced filmmaking techniques, focusing on directing: script breakdowns and interpretation, scheduling, creating a rehearsal plan, and working with actors to create a memorable performance. The film conservatory is best for students who have completed either Narrative Filmmaking or the High School Filmmaking Intensive. Students enrolled in the Filmmaking Conservatory program may concurrently register for the Independent Film Study program.
